Parent Teacher Interviews – next week
Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled to go ahead in Week 2 on the 4th and 5th of May. This is an opportunity for parents and guardians to meet with their child/ren's teacher and discuss their learning progress so far. School will finish at normal time on the 4th of May, however, we have a half day (pupil-free) on Wednesday the 5th of May to allow for the majority of these interview times. Students will finish school at 12:45pm. Buses and OSHC will run earlier on this day. Students catching the school bus or attending OSHC will need to bring lunch.
Parents who will attend these interviews on campus will need to book via Parent Teacher Online (PTO) and use our QR Code on entry. PTO will be available to parents tomorrow. We encourage our parents not to mingle before or after interviews on campus, as we have a number of restrictions in relation to visitors on campus, and must respect the timeframe of the interview slots.

2021 Insight SRC Parent School Improvement Survey
Later this week you will receive an invitation to participate in Adventist Schools Australia’s Parent Survey. We use the results from the School Improvement Survey to ensure that we provide, for our students, the best possible education experience. We need your help with this survey and we appreciate the time you will take to complete this survey.
We will be sending home to you, a paper invitation to participate in this on-line survey. Every parent will be given a unique access code so that your opinions will be 100% anonymous. Parents' views assist us to provide a more accurate, reliable, and equitable picture than is obtained using only staff and student measures. We would like to encourage you to participate in this survey, as the more data gathered, the more this will assist us in providing the best possible educational experiences for our students.
The survey will be ‘live’ through to close of business on Friday 7th of May.

Winter Uniform Change Over
For the first two weeks of term 2, either full summer or full winter uniform is acceptable. From Week 3 onwards, full winter uniform is required.
Uniform Shop
If you still need fittings for winter uniform, please book your appointment through the Front Office as soon as possible.
The new Sport Uniform is compulsory for all students from the beginning of Term 2. Also a reminder that blazers are compulsory for all Year 5 and 6 students.

Applications for SSO Position at Prescott Primary Northern
Prescott Primary Northern is looking for a SSO to assist in one of the Foundation classes to help with extra student and teacher assistance at Prescott Primary Northern. The position would be permanent, 5 days per week during the school term from 8.15am to 4pm (Mon – Thurs) and 8.15 to 3pm on Friday. Applicants would need to have Working With Children clearances, First Aid, and Responding to Abuse and Neglect training or be able to complete those requirements. Experience working with children in an educational setting and a minimum of Certificate 3 in Education Support would also be preferred. Applicants should submit their resume to: The Principal.
