Yesterday, we had six of our Year 5 and 6 students compete at the SACSA Swimming carnival at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. Dillon Hong, Gaurav Upadhyay, Eknoor Brar, Lisa Habar, Milli Liemar and Seanna Liemar represented their school with pride and upheld our school values commendably. 

We witnessed great skills and determination, bringing in multiple firsts, seconds and thirds. The Liemar sisters kicked off the day with a 2nd and 3rd placement in their heat, setting the tone for a great day. The highlight from the students would be the Medley Relay that took place at the end of the carnival. After the first leg, led out by Eknoor in backstroke, we sat at 7th position, which quickly moved up to 5th as Lisa lapped her fellow breaststrokers. As she completed her 25m length, Milli brought her Butterfly stroke into 3rd place position and Seanna drove the team home freestyling into 2nd place. The race brought chills to the team and our awesome cheer squad of parents and fellow team mates. Well done!
