Attention Vacation Care Families: OSHC Church Car Park Closed Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Next Week

As mentioned in the Principal’s Remarks, we have some roadworks getting underway for our drive through drop off/pick up zone. The first inconvenience will be with access to OSHC on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, when drive in access to the Church Car Park will be closed off. Below are some alternatives (including a diagram) for families dropping off and picking up from MyOSHC Prescott during those three days. Again, apologies for the inconvenience and many thanks for your patience, understanding and flexibility.

Church Car Park Closed – First 3 Days of Term 3 School Holidays (next week) – entry to the Church Car Park of Nelson Road will not be available.

Alternative 1: Park in car park in front of the school on Wright Road and walk through school, out the back gate and across to OSHC (Call OSHC if the gate is locked)

Alternative 2: Park in Heather Drive (Street on the Northern side of the church) and walk in

Alternative 3: Park on Nelson Road beside the church and walk in (very busy road)

Alternative 4: Park in Uniting Church Car Park in parks closest to Nelson Road and walk across to OSHC (be very careful crossing busy Nelson Road)

Driveway Closed up to the Front of School in Term 4

To make sure tradesmen can continue to work on the North Wing Classroom development when the back car park access is restricted, we will be closing off access to the drive way leading up to the Front Office of the school. The walkway will still be OPEN at all times and we will also open the small gate at the front of the school down by the bus zone. Please remember that lots of traffic through the Front Office can cause congestion and noise in there and use alternatives where possible.

Entry to the Driveway by the Front Office – From start of Term 4 – The driveway leading up beside the Front Office will be closed off from the beginning of Term 4.

Alternative 1: Walk up the walkway into the Front Office and through to the school – This will create a lot of extra traffic through the Front Office – please be patient

Alternative 2: Small gate out by Bus Zone will be opened at the end of school as well as the beginning of school.

Uniform Shop

Changeover of season for uniform is fast approaching!  The Uniform Shop will be open daily for the first 2 weeks in Term 4 from 3:00pm - 3:30pm for single items only.

If you require more than a single item please book an appointment by ringing the Front Office. Limited appointments available so make sure you get in early.
Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Friday, 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Uniforms For High School

The Prescott College Uniform Shop will be open during Term 3 holidays on the following days for those with students in Year 6 or 7 who require Prescott College Uniform pieces next year:

Wednesday, October 2nd 12.30 pm - 4.00 pm
Tuesday, October 8th 12.30 pm - 4.00 pm

The Prescott College Uniform Shop is located at the Prospect SDA Church, Ballville Street, Prospect.

Consent2Go

Excursion consents are now being sent out via Consent2Go.  Year 4 students were sent emails for consent to their Morialta excursion this week.  Please check your email for the electronic consent form.  If you have a child in Year 4 and did not receive an email please let the school know.
