Wellbeing
Dear parents,
Wow, Term One has almost finished, and a school holiday break is nearly here.
Children look forward to school holidays and by the end of the holidays most children look forward to being back at school and seeing their teachers and friends again.
Some children and parents struggle with returning to school after the holidays due to a break in school routines. If your family struggles with school drop-offs and separation worries, then this may be a difficult time for you.
Maybe as a parent you have other worries about your child’s wellbeing while they are at school?
If you would you like to learn more about how to support your child’s emotional development or build your child’s social skills and learning capacity then this new initiative is for you.
Starting in Term Two, you are invited to drop in once a month for a hot drink, meet other parents/carers and learn from our PPN Wellbeing team (school counsellor and Chaplain), as part of the PPN Parent’s Wellbeing Group.
These sessions will be held on the first Wednesday of every month at 9am.
To help with our planning, if you would like to attend please complete this very short form. REGISTER HERE.
