- WOW - Year 6 led program
- Year 6 Graduation Program (after WOW in the Chapel)
- Music Recital at 1:30pm in the church
- End of Year Reports and Class Placement Letters will be sent home
FRIDAY 7 DECEMBER
- WOW - Year 7 led program
MONDAY 10 DECEMBER
- Pancake Breakfast from 8am
- Student Profile Folders will be sent home

TUESDAY 11 DECEMBER
- Class Pizza Party (Details provided by class teachers)

WEDNESDAY 12 DECEMBER
- Last day of school for 2018 - Normal finishing time
- Casual day – Students may come in casual clothes IF they bring a GOLD COIN DONATION for our sister school
- Graduation and Awards night.
Graduation and Awards Evening
The Graduation and Awards Evening is a time of celebration for our graduating Year 7 class, as well as students receiving significant awards and for our school community to celebrate and reflect on the year that has been.
When: Wednesday, 12th December
Time: 7pm
Where: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Von Braun Crescent, Modbury North.
Students are to wear their school uniform, and our Year 7's are to wear their full winter uniform. Choir members, Year 7 students, and students who have been notified about receiving an award are to arrive at the venue by 6:30pm.
Staff Leaving PPN
Miss Ludlow
Miss Ludlow will be leaving our school community at the end of this year and moving to the Gold Coast to teach at Southport. We will miss the joy she brings to our team and we appreciate how she has been so willing to take on any challenge thrown her way.
Miss Calais is headed to Tasmania to teach at Hilliard Christian School in Hobart. We have valued her creativity and enthusiasm towards the program in Year 5, as well as her coordination of sport events this year.
Miss Born
Miss Born stepped in and filled the role of our chaplain this semester. We have valued her mentoring of the student chaplains and all the hard work she put into the Christmas Carols program. We wish her well for her wedding and move to Inverall.
Mrs Vera
Mrs Vera and her family will be making the move to Queensland in the new year to begin a teaching role at Brisbane Adventist College. We have appreciated how she was able to take on any role we threw in her direction and do such an amazing job in all roles.
Mrs Nightingale
Mrs Nightingale will be leaving us at the end of the year to look after her grandchildren. We have appreciated her coordination with the bus routes, the newsletters and her care and love for our children in Student Services.
Pastor Braden
Pastor Braden joined our school community part way through Term 2 to assist us in the role of a chaplain. We have valued his organisational skills, his coordination and running of 6:58 and the Bible studies he ran on a Friday.
Mr Williams
Mr Williams has been serving our conference as our Education Director for the past 6 years and he will be retiring at the end of this year. We have valued his wisdom and direction, his passion for student learning and his willingness to dress up on a regular basis when he visits our school.
Position Available 2019 - Student Services, Bus Coordinator and Newsletter Administrator
Prescott Primary Northern invites applications from a suitably experienced person to fill a multifaceted position that includes the following roles:
Bus Coordinator - arranges the daily bus requirements for students of Prescott Primary Northern.
Newsletter Coordinator – compiles and publishes the weekly Prescott Primary Northern newsletter.
First Aid/Student Services Attendant - attending to students in Student Services Room, administering first aid and completing the necessary documentation, The role will also include managing and maintaining the first aid supplies and supporting teaching staff with students who have specific medical needs.
This role would be for 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, 8.20am to 4pm during the school terms. Please email markborresen@ppn.sa.edu.au for further details. Applications close Wednesday 12th December.

Uniform Shop Opening Hours January
Please note that the Uniform Shop is open Monday 21st, Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Monday 28th of January 2019. Opening hours are between 9am and 3:30pm.
While Monday 28th of January is a public holiday the uniform shop will still be open on this day.
Appointments are required and can be made by contacting the Front Office on 8396 2577.
