Prescott College
Prescott College has really enjoyed having the Year 6 students visit over the past few weeks.
The Year 6 students experienced cooking with Miss McNeill in Food Tech, and got to eat their creations. They made lava lamps and slime (using ingredients they can find around their home). They also dabbled in some Science experiments, with Mrs Whittaker. In Design & Tech Engineering, they made pot stands under the guidance of Mr Crisp. Their last day at the College was celebrated with a pizza lunch!
The work that the Year 6s do at the College is based on the requirements of the Australian Curriculum. It is assessed by our College staff and is included in the students' reports at PPN.
They were courteous and well-mannered and such a joy to work with. Thanks, PPN, for bringing them out each Monday.
